Trips requiring planning begin with a consultation to discuss style, pacing, budget, and the details that matter most.

3. Planning Investment Confirmed

The planning investment is confirmed and paid before detailed research begins. I then collect the traveler information needed to develop your recommendations.

5. Booking & Final Coordination

Once you are ready to move forward, I coordinate bookings and the final itinerary. Please respond to proposals within 5–7 days so current pricing and availability can be sourced when you are prepared to book.
