Reservation Booking Support
Any trip. Any budget. No planning fees.
Standalone qualifying 4- and 5-star hotels and exursion booking links are accessible to all GCG Travel clients. First register as a GCG Travel client and then you will have access to my travel advisor supported booking channels below.
The GCG Travel Portal is a private booking experience for clients who prefer to browse and book hotel stays independently, while keeping GCG Travel connected.
Through the portal, you can search available hotels, compare rooms and rates, and access advisor rates and hotel perks when offered. Exact benefits vary by property and rate and will be displayed before booking.
No call required. No back-and-forth needed. Just a simpler way to book well.

Curated Accommodations, Cruises and Guided Tours
$2000 booking minimum. $50 research deposit for first time clients only.
Professionally sourced and compared hotel options for individual stays, tailored to your style and destination requirements. Includes up the 3 options per category and one round of revisions. Further revisions are $75/per round.

Concierge Planning
Planning Inverstment: $75/Travel Day plus $500/week for concierge coordination. (not including flights)
Minimum itineraries start at at $800/person/day.
Elevated travel support including full itinerary design, specialty activity booking, and end-to-end travel coordination including dining reservations, event tickets, location and shopping guides.
Planning Inclusions & Policy
Planning investments include one professionally curated proposal presentation and one refinement round. Additional redesign requests, expanded comparative sourcing, substantial itinerary changes, or continued revisions beyond that point are billed at $75 per revision. Changes in trip scope may require a revised planning fee.
