What Planning includes
Planning investments include one professionally curated proposal presentation and one refinement round. Additional redesign requests, expanded comparative sourcing, substantial itinerary changes, or continued revisions beyond that point are billed at $75 per revision. Changes in trip scope may require a revised planning fee.

01 Reservation Booking Support
Standalone qualifying 4- and 5-star hotel, resort, cruise, and guided vacation reservations with a minimum total hotel value of $3,000 are booked complimentary. All first-time clients begin with a $50 Initial Research Deposit applied toward onboarding, supplier review, and trip coordination

02 Full-Service Custom Planning
Planning Investment: Beginning at $500
Comprehensive multi-city, multi-country, or experience-driven itineraries requiring destination research, hotel curation, transportation coordination, and touring recommendations.
Planning fees are tailored based on trip length and complexity, generally averaging approximately $75 per travel day.
Includes destination guidance, itinerary architecture, multi-stop routing, supplier coordination, and one curated proposal with one refinement round.
Planning investments are collected prior to itinerary research and proposal development.
03 Complex & Specialty Travel
Planning Investment: Beginning at $1,500 depending on scope. For safaris, milestone celebrations, villas, sports travel, multi-family itineraries, and trips involving elevated coordination or multiple moving parts. Room block only bookings are complimentary for group travel.
04 Premium Air Booking Support
Premium Cabin Flight Assistance: $50 per traveler for premium economy, business class, or first class flight booking through GCG Travel. Includes flight sourcing, schedule review, fare comparison, seat preference coordination, booking oversight, and 24/7 access to the Fora Flight Desk.
